teen volunteering
Who
Teens must be entering their Junior or senior year.
What
Typically, teen volunteers provide service for our afterschool programs and large events. Most assignments will be working with middle or elementary school aged children. Teens continuing in the Strengthening Families' volunteer program will have the opportunity to train future high school applicants.
When
Assignments/shifts will be same day and time every other week, typically 2 hours in length.
Where
Primarily at our hub on the second floor of the Willis Education Center, 74 W. Williams Street, Delaware, OH.

we currently have our teen volunteers filled for the year!
application process
Applications for the 2019-2020 school year teen volunteer program are now closed as capacity for the program has been met.
Please keep in mind that our program is not a fit for everyone. Applying is the first step in the process but does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Thank you for your interest.

We onboard new teen volunteers once a year. The application will open in late May and close once capacity is reached. Teens can expect to begin volunteering at the beginning of September.
