Join us as we welcome back free haircuts from JC Penney's Salon for kids ages 3 - 18. By registering you are guaranteed a haircut in the 4 - 6 PM time frame. Pre-registered guests are invited to drop-in during that time, activities and other resources will be offered in case of a line
