We are here to help! To start, here are some answers to frequently asked questions.
I tried to register my student(s) and received an error message, what do I do next?
Registration is restricted to one per email address. Registrants are unable to register more than once using the same email address. Please check your inbox or spam filter to see if you have received a confirmation. To register additional students in the same household, please email Lauren Mussenden at lmussenden@uwaydelaware.org.

When should I arrive for my Supplies for Scholars event?
Event times are listed on our website and your confirmation email. Shoppers are encouraged to arrive on or after the initial start time. Any families to arrive before the end of the event will be served with school supplies.

Who should come to my Supplies for Scholars event?
We encourage all parents and caregivers to attend with their students Pre-K – High School. All students 11 years old and under must be attended by an adult. An adult shopping without children will be limited to no more than 2 backpacks without students present.

How can I register my student for the People In Need School Shoes Program?
People in Needs shoe program is now CLOSED. School Shoes Program — People in Need, Inc. of Delaware County Ohio (delawarepeopleinneed.org)

When does Supplies for Scholars registration close?
Registration will close July19th, however registration is not required and walk-ins will be accepted at every event.
Can my student sign up to volunteer?
We ask all volunteers for shopping dates to be 19 years or older. Students ages 14 years or older can volunteer to help with set up on Wednesday, July 24th.
Where can I apply for the Jobs & Family Services School Clothes Voucher Program?
Delaware County Department of Job & Family Services School Clothing Voucher Program are still processing applications previously received, but are no longer able to accept any new applications.

Can I get school supplies even if my student is unable to attend the Supplies for Scholars event?
An adult shopping without children will be limited to no more than 2 backpacks without students present. Please email Lauren Mussenden at lmussenden@uwaydelaware.org to adjust your registration for a different event that better fits your schedule.

My event is listed as TBD, what does that mean?
Some mobile events may still be in the scheduling process. If you have registered for an event without a date and time listed, you will be contacted as soon as the event is finalized.

What do I do if I can no longer attend the Supplies for Scholars location I signed up for?
Please email Lauren Mussenden at lmussenden@uwaydelaware.org to adjust your registration.

What supplies are provided and should I bring my school list?
We work with county school districts to construct a list that ensures our students are off to a great start. Each student will shop for the assigned number items designated for their grade level, which is consistent for all 6 events.
